At Reclaimed Revival Boutique, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent shipping experience. We carefully package and ship every order to ensure your items arrive safely and as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days after purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, excluding federal holidays.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping transit time. During sales events, holidays, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via email.
Industry best practices recommend clearly communicating processing times, shipping methods, delivery estimates, tracking information, and potential delays to set proper customer expectations.

We offer flat-rate domestic shipping throughout the United States:

To provide the best delivery experience, Reclaimed Revival Boutique utilizes a combination of:
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- UPS
- FedEx
Carrier selection is determined based on package size, weight, destination, and delivery speed selected at checkout. Using multiple carriers is considered a best practice among ecommerce retailers because it helps optimize delivery speed, reliability, and shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier's system after your package has been scanned.
Shipping Destinations
At this time, Reclaimed Revival Boutique ships to addresses within the United States, including:
- All 50 states
- APO/FPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes (when supported by the selected carrier)
International shipping is not currently available.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Carrier service interruptions
- High holiday shipping volumes
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. However, we will gladly assist customers in filing claims or locating missing shipments.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and provide photographs of both the packaging and damaged item(s).
Local Pickup
Local pickup is not currently offered unless otherwise stated during special promotions or events.
