Are All Products Pre-Loved?

Yes, all of the products that you see in our online store or pop-up locations are previously owned and loved. We curate these through direct donations or by working with local non-profits to alleviate the burden of donated items that are not needed by the groups that they serve. In this way, we are providing a service to these non-profits as well.

How Are Products Prepared for Re-Sale?

All products that we receive are carefully inspected for blemishes, stains, pulls, or poor construction. We do our best to NOT offer these products for sale, unless otherwise noted in the product description. If you receive a product that does have a blemish, please take a look at our Refund Policy above.

Once products are marked for resale, they are washed if needed, and then all products are steamed to eliminate odor and germs.
Are the Photos on the Website Accurate?

Most of the images on the website have been generated by an AI app to put the clothing onto a model for sales purposes. All products are photographed in-house at Reclaimed Revival Boutique and those product images are utilized to create the images that you see on the website. That being said, some products may differ just slightly from their image - but we do our best to ensure 99% accuracy in representation. If you do recieve an image that you feel was misrepresented in the photograph, please refer to our Refund Policy to rectify this.
Is Reclaimed Revival Boutique a Non-Profit?

No, Reclaimed Revival Boutique is a for-profit business that is a second chance employment provider. If you need more information on our mission and what this means, visit the OUR MISSION page.

Does Reclaimed Revival Boutique Employ Only Women?

Yes, because we are mission oriented as a business who provides second chance employment for women who have survived human trafficking and sexual exploitation, we do our best to operate as a trauma-informed business. This means for the safety and well-being of our employees, we only employ women at this time.

However, you do not need to be a survivor or in need of second chance employment in order to be employed by Reclaimed Revival Boutique.
