Refund policy
Reclaimed Revival Boutique does not offer returns. Instead we encourage you to pass the clothing along to a friend, a woman in need, or to the closest thrift store for donation.
We do however, have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund in the form of store credit only.
To be eligible for a store credit refund, the item received must have a blemish that was not reported in the product description or the product differed from expectation. Refunds will not be offered for incorrect sizing or changes in taste.

with images of the blemish or a note that the product was not as outlined int he product description. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You can expect store credit in the form of a non-expiring gift card 5-10 days after your request is processed.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types are not eligible for store credit refunds. These items include anything on final sale or from our 'Bargain Bag. Gift cards are also not eligible.
